This event is held at Genesee Valley Park on a Saturday morning in July. The bike ride is on paved bike trails along the Genesee River. If you have never passed a deep water swimming test, then you will do the swim part in the shallow end, which is only 3 feet deep (this option only works for kids signed up for the Short Course). We are also using timing for safety reasons to help us keep track of all participants. Transition is when you change from one activity to the next.The run is on paved trails and sidewalks in the park.
